What is self-development? It is the responsibility of all humans to develop through knowledge
by assessing one’s inner self. It leads this entity to reflect on future actions that could lead
him to success or failure.

The process of self-development leads to personality transformation and the development of
social skills. It assists one with improving his skills while choosing his course of action. One of
the main points in the process of self-development is that need to evaluate one’s weaknesses
and strengths. To do this we need to take notes. Writing down your strengths and weaknesses
will lend you a hand in examining your experiences and knowledge from the subliminal mind.

You move to develop a positive frame of mind. It will enhance your leadership excellence
while giving you a positive outlook on life. Positive outlooks grant you courage and peace of
mind, which enables you to cope well during difficult situations of life. The personality
transformation and social development will broaden your perspective. As well, the self-growth
phases will make you, become aware of the need to develop, and become more responsible.

The personality is in divisions, which make up five categories. You want to recognize the five
categories, since it is your ticket to complete self-development and realization. The first is the
physical self. What is involved is the development of your human senses (Five sense) and the
body. We can all take it to the limits and develop sixth sense, which takes us to the higher
plane of consciousness.

In order to maneuver through the first stage, one can create a balanced diet and set up an
exercise routine. Ultimately, if you endure you will develop confidence and self-esteem
through these routines. To set up your creative mind, listen to music, dance, sing, write, read,
and do what works best for you. You can also be creative with exercise routines and dieting.

You will need to develop an appreciation for your deeds, which builds you confidence also. As
well, you want to cultivate the need to use precaution whilst defining good and bad. Failure to
use precaution while deciding what is good and bad could lead to major chaos, since you may
remain stuck in stick to sense-to-sense perspectives.  

The second phase is to expand your dynamism or energy because it correlates with diverting
strength that guides you to the right path. What this means is you must find a way to control
the emotions, including anger, frustration, nervousness, resentment, hate, discrimination, and
other negative emotional charges.

Once you learn how to control the emotions, you move to the third level of development. The
step involves using your rational abilities that refer to identifying the diversities amid
knowledge and power. Reading good literature will assist you with this step. Continuous
learning is pushed today because it is very crucial that we continue to learn. You can also find
dignified people to assist you and use biographies to learn the steps of cultivating
rationalization.

Your development of rationalization will reflect on others from your behavior and actions. The
forth step is to examine the psychological self. This self involves the process of enhancing
your human mechanisms, such the ability to manage stress, self-control, selflessness, and
tranquility of mind.

The fifth step moves you to the idyllic or relaxing self. With this step, you learn to manage
individual reactions that develop from disasters. By developing this self, you can remain
content under stressful situations. Self-control, self-sacrifice, self-knowledge, and self-reliance
all together are important to human development. We must develop all five selves in order to
transform the personality and social self.
