Psychologists often use MBTI or the “Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to determine one’s
personality. This personality tester is one of the widely used sources to help people discover
their personality type. By assessing the personality and reaching an understanding, it helps
you to know your self-better as well as others around you. According to this test, there are
four different personality types, which include the thinkers, organizers, givers and the
adventurers. Each personality type has its own unique abilities that enable one to function in
school, at home, work and in interpersonal associations.
The personality types also have the capacity to learn in their own style. When one knows his
or her learning, style it helps them to better understands the self -and how they perform. This
is one of the widely used personality tests; however, it will not apply to everyone, since
certain disorders are impossible to find a single personality type.
How the assessment tests work:
First, you will answer a series of questions. Take the test: On a scale of 1 to 4, with one being
rarely, two, sometimes, three usually, and four always put numbers behind the follow
questions.
Do you enjoy physical activity? Do you feel comfortable sitting at long cycles? Do you prefer
learning from hands-on activities? Do you move the hands and legs often when you sit? Do
you prefer hands-on tasks? Do you pace while you are studying or thinking.
This is some of the questions reworded from the actual MBTI Test. By answering the
questions, you will understand yourself better. Once you are finished with the first test, you
will take the personality spectrum test. This helps you to determine your learning style and
personality type as well.
